Silkscreen
Digital Artwork
Files types must be .eps, .ai , or .pdf
All fonts must be converted to outlines
All colors converted to spot colors
Note: Placing a scanned image (or an image created in another program) into an . eps, ai, or .pdf file does not make the file a usable vector file.

Submitted files not true .eps, .ai, or .pdf
Must be fully recreated
You will be charged for recreating artwork

Artwork that we will NOT print without recreating
Jpegs
Word files
Power Point
Anything off the web

No Artwork
We do create original artwork for your specific needs
Clip art is available for you to look at

Photographs
We do not print photographs
We are capable of making a drawing of something in a photo (for example, trucks, cars, houses)

Drawings, or Paper Copies
When bringing us a drawing or paper copy please have a black and white, and a color copy

All artwork must be proofed, approved, and signed before we print. When proofing artwork be sure to check all spelling, phone numbers, and addresses. Once you sign off we are not responsible for any incorrect information you approved.

Embroidery

Files Accepted
For embroidery we can use jpgs, as long as we are able to open it.

Logos
All logo’s must be digitized

Text
Basic fonts that we carry do not require digitizing
Any font that we do not carry standard will need to be digitized
All text can be no smaller than .25” in height on a lowercase letter

What is Digitizing
For embroidery we must create your artwork in stitches.
You will be charged for digitizing, this price depends on the size and stitch count.
