What affects the price of the garments?
Your price is affected by the quantity, color, number of ink colors, and the number of print locations.

Can you combine different garment styles and sizes in an order?
Yes, you may combine styles and sizes to reach your desired price break. As long as all styles and sizes have the same locations printed. If you choose different colored garments that require a change of an ink color there is a $10.00 charge. Nylon apparel and hats may not be combined in an order to reach a different price break.

How many colors can you print?
We can print up to 6 colors in one location. If your logo has 4 colors you must order at least 24 shirts. If you have 5 or 6 colors you must order 48 or more pieces.

What is the minimum order you will print?
We will print a minimum of 24 pieces.
There is not a minimum for embroidery. After 6 pieces there is a better price break.

What is your turn around time?
Normal turn around time is 7-14 business days. This is after artwork has been approved and signed. Rush orders can be done with an additional charge.

Can you print shirts supplied by the customers?
Yes, we can print garments supplied by the customer. We do require we see the garments before we tell you a definite yes. We also print at you r risk when we print something you supplied. We do not charge enough to cover the cost of the garment if something goes wrong.

Can You get a sample?
We can get you a sample of a garment, we have many already in stock. If it is a specialty item, we may require that you purchase the sample. If you’d like to see a printed sample we will arrange an appointment for you to stop by right before printing begins. If the garment is being embroidered we can have a sew-out swatch done for you at a minimum fee.

What forms of payment do you accept, and Do you require a deposit?
We accept checks, cash, Visa, and Mastercard. A 50% deposit is due before any artwork is completed or any garments ordered.
